Thu, 21 Feb 2013When they started looking for a new recruit to the marketing department working across their Champions League account, brewer Heineken decided it wanted to do something a little different – and capture it on camera.

Their film ‘The Candidate’ could be described as an extra-caffeinated and slightly more mad-cap version of the BBC’s months-long hiring process, and reality TV programme of choice for recruiters, ‘The Apprentice’, and includes holding hands with the boss, rescuing a would-be colleague from a burning building and then being flown to Turin.
