Executive search and recruitment consultancy Drake Fleming has taken on two former employees of Eames Consulting Group into its change management team.

Erica Charlton joins as a principal consultant, while Lucy White takes on the role of client relationship manager focusing on market relationships, service delivery and brand development, having previously led the change team at Eames.
