Wed, 20 Feb 2013Recruitment software provider Bond International Software has announced a new intelligent search and match functionality, Adapt Insight, which will be available as part of the latest version of its Bond Adapt product.

The firm says the new feature saves time and “removes the risk of human error”, as the way recruiters can now operate what it describes as an “intelligent, contextual search” amongst candidates held within their system.

Bond chief technology officer Daniel Richardson says: “Where a link may not have been made before between a candidate and job specification during a keyword search, a contextual search will ensure that relevant candidates are not missed.”

Bond’s new product will be on show at next week’s Recruitment Agency Expo, to be held Tuesday, 26 and Wednesday, 27 February in London’s Olympia exhibitions centre.
