The use of travel & subsistence (T&S) schemes within the recruitment industry remains a controversial area that is rarely out of the news. Recruiter invites its readers to express their views on this important issue by completing an online survey.

Produced with the support of labour provider Staffline Group, the survey offers a great opportunity for recruitment professionals across the spectrum to inform and frame this debate.

Recruiter editor DeeDee Doke says: “Debate over T&S schemes has raged for several years now, with very few recruiters – whether agency, in-house or RPO – stepping forward to give their honest assessments of how these programmes work for them and their workers and the impact on their businesses. We want to hear what recruiters have to say, and we hope that our readers take the time to make their views known in a completely anonymous forum.”

Andy Hogarth, chairman and chief executive officer of Staffline Group, urges Recruiter subscribers to complete the survey, telling Recruiter: “This survey is an innovative way of seeking to define the different views of the industry.”

You can complete the survey online here.

The survey is anonymous. However, anyone who would be happy to be contacted by Recruiter for future stories on T&S schemes is invited to provide their name and contact details.

Readers have until 5.30pm on Friday, 25 January to complete the survey.
