Specialist recruiter JAM Recruitment has signalled its intent to expand into the global oil & gas market.

The firm has appointed Mark Byrom as business manager with responsibility for building the new operation.He brings eight years of energy sector experience to JAM.

John Morris, JAM chief executive, says that the firm sees “significant opportunities to leverage the existing infrastructure of our global mobility team”.

Byrom adds: “We’re experiencing strong demand for services like talent mapping, salary surveys and in-house consulting as major players prepare for the impending market turnaround.”
