Last night saw Recruiter’s inaugural celebration of the UK’s 100 most efficient recruitment firms – those making it onto the Recruiter HOT 100, compiled by Agile Intelligence and sponsored by Microdec.

The event, supported and hosted by law firm Charles Russell, included talks and discussion from Charles Walker MP and entrepreneur Robert Walton MBE.

One of the attendees, Raj Tulsiani, chief executive and co-founder of Green Park Interim & Executive Search, explains to Recruiter how the business remained efficient and profitable, while also investing in its future.

Having been second last year in the first year it qualified for inclusion, Green Park was the third hottest firm on the list this year. Tulsiani spoke to Recruiter at last night’s event. Hear what he has to say in the video below:

See next week’s December edition of Recruiter for more coverage of the event, and stay tuned for further video reaction online.
