HR consultancy Wave Human Resources has launched a Recruitment HR brand, a specialist operation offering HR and business consultancy services to SME recruitment firms.

Duncan Elliott, an HR consultant with the firm, previously head of HR and training for recruiter Wise Employment, says that the brand also spends a lot of time dealing with legalities around temporary workers.

Elliott adds: “A director's time is precious, and one of the most time-consuming things for them is navigating the daunting prospect of employment law and human resources. Do it right and it will assist you, do it wrong and it can land you in a Tribunal, with a lot of bad publicity.”
