McDermott joins specialising in the recruitment of part qualified accountants, covering Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes. He previously worked in Birmingham with professional recruiter Robert Walters.Also joining the company are recent university graduates Abigail Brailsford, Ian Hallam and Amy Hawksley-Blackburn, who take on the position of graduate trainees.
