Automaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) will appoint new HR director Simon Lenton, effective 14 January 2013.

Automaker Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) will appoint new HR director Simon Lenton, effective 14 January 2013.

Lenton will be responsible for all HR strategy and employee relations for JLR’s 25,000 employees, reporting directly to chief executive Dr Ralf Speth.

He joins from drinks giant Diageo where he is also currently HRD for global supply and procurement.
