In light of the talent challenges and plentiful job openings across the Asian market, staffing group Empresaria has made major changes to how it operates its Chinese business.

This is according to Joost Kreulen, the company’s chief executive, speaking at a Recruiter roundtable discussion last month, sponsored by Telstra Global, featuring a presentation by Naomi Chakwin, European resident director general for the Asian Development Bank.
