Recruitment firm Searchlight, part of Talisman Executive Search, has hired four new staff. 

Associates David Hartley and Sarah Cunningham arrive from sales specialist recruiter Aarca and health & safety specialists HSE Recruitment Network respectively. Francesca Salt, formerly of Henry Gunn, and Andrew Balfour join as senior consultants.
