Multi-sector search and selection agency Keene and Lord has made two senior hires ahead of two new offices it is due to open in the coming fortnight.

New commercial director Emma Smith joins from Reed Specialist Recruitment, while Keith Woolford joins as group operations manager from Darren Bell Recruitment.

The company is due to open branches in Rugby and Wellingborough, Northamptonshire in the next two weeks.

Having founded in Reading in November last year, Keene and Lord opened an additional two offices in Bristol and London in April.
