Raft of new hires for Independent

In its recruitment functions, Vicky Dodd, Charlotte Tavener and Steven Wilding join the firm. Dodd leads the firm’s executive search function, joining from Ingenium Recruitment, while Tavener takes up a role as a resourcer in the automotive account, joining from Hays.Wilding will join the company’s team servicing outsourcing firm Serco, having previously held senior resourcing management roles at firms including Vodafone. Jo Carr is also promoted to resourcing service director, having joined as an account manager this summer.

Kate Baker joins as head of marketing, previously having worked at marketing agency Cognition. Sophie Pollard is appointed to the company’s head office team to provide back office support.
