Korn/Ferry Whitehead Mann, the UK hub of global talent management solutions firm Korn/Ferry International, has appointed Sonamara Jeffreys as its new managing director.

Jeffreys retains her existing responsibility as regional market leader of Korn/Ferry’s global financial services market for the EMEA region.

She joined the company in 2010 having previously held senior roles at executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles, and has 20 years of leadership consulting and search experience.

The organisation was formed through the merger of Korn/Ferry and Whitehead Mann in 2009.
