Recruitment group Human Capital Investment Group recorded operating profit of £2.78m for the year to 31 March 2012, while turnover from continuing operations totalled £123.02m.

The company, which changed its name from HB Human Capital on 4 January, saw those figures move from £2.87m and £109.45m respectively in the previous year.
