Recruitment software firm Bullhorn has acquired two rival recruiting software-as-a-service providers – Canadian company MaxHire Solutions and US firm Sendouts.
A Bullhorn news announcement says that the deal benefits customers of the acquired companies “by speeding the arrival of new features and capabilities while maintaining both companies’ current products and reputation for exceptional client service”.Bullhorn customers will gain from innovations from those companies including integrated prospect data and client portals. The acquisition now means Bullhorn has over 17,000 clients globally.
Both companies will continue work from their existing offices in Vancouver (Canada) and St Louis (the US), but will operate under the Bullhorn brand. Maxhire chief executive Peter Blitz will become Bullhorn’s new product innovation officer, and Sendout boss Brian Hopcraft joins Bullhorn as general manager.
