Optima Corporate Finance has entered into a deal to become service partners with the Association of Labour Providers (ALP), the trade association for suppliers of workers within the food, agricultural and other Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) regulated sectors. 

Philip Ellis of Optima Corporate Finance says he expects “further consolidation in this fragmented market”, adding “this partnership places us ideally to advise businesses looking to grow by acquisition and shareholders who are ready to realise the value they have built in their businesses”.
