Michael Page, part of PageGroup, has promoted Julian Harburn to the position of regional director of Scotland.

Michael Page, part of the PageGroup, has promoted Julian Harburn to the position of regional director of Scotland.

He started his career with the group’s Page Personnel brands in 1996, spending eight years with the company in London and Croydon, before moving to Scotland to set up Page Personnel’s local operation.
