The Forum for In House Recruitment Managers (The FIRM) has appointed Lisa Scales, founder of recruitment technology platform TribePad, as non-executive director.

Her role at The FIRM, which has more than 5,200 members worldwide in its collaborative network, will include challenging and assessing the impact of current business decisions, while making a strategic contribution to the organisation.

The FIRM’s co-founder Emma Mirrington says: "I'm delighted that Lisa is joining us in this important role. Her commercial experience will enable us to develop The FIRM into a better organisation for the members and bring an independent view to the table.”
