International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Akmal Nasridinov as country manager for Uzbekistan, taking over from Hilola Suleymanova, who moves to Pedersen’s team in Germany.

International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has appointed Akmal Nasridinov as country manager for Uzbekistan, taking over from Hilola Suleymanova, who moves to Pedersen’s team in Germany.

Nasridinov has over 10 years of international management experience having held senior level positions in the Uzbek capital of Tashkent, as well as Moscow and London.

Before joining Pedersen, he was sales and marketing director at pharmaceutical company Asklepiy and co-founder of professional services firm Marketbridge in Tashkent.

David Masuri, head of central Asia at the company, says: "Pedersen & Partners has the leading position on the majority of the CIS markets, and has been an active market leader in Uzbekistan since 2008.”
