Restaurant chain McDonald’s is due to open 60 new restaurants in Spain’s North-Westernmost province of Galicia, creating around 3,000 new jobs by 2014.

Restaurant chain McDonald’s is due to open 60 new restaurants in Spain’s North-Westernmost province of Galicia, creating around 3,000 new jobs by 2014.
This is according to regional paper La Voz de Galicia, which notes a total investment value of €160m (£130m), and says this brings the total number of the chain’s outlets in the country above 500.It also notes McDonald’s commitment to make sure 75% of suppliers are Spanish, with the rest being EU-based.
