FINANCIALS: REC turnover rises by 9%

Turnover at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) rose by 9% in 2011, from £5.64m the previous year to £6.15m, according to its accounts filed at Companies House.

Turnover at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) rose by 9% in 2011, from £5.64m the previous year to £6.15m, according to its accounts filed at Companies House.

Cost of sales dropped by 7% and admin expenses rose 8% to reach £1.28m and £4.55m respectively, as the organisation’s surplus for the year totalled £317k, having been £51k in 2010.
