Two former recruitment consultants have today launched the full version of youth-focused jobsite Careers4students.co.uk.

Co-founder and director Ryan O’Hara comments that as a recruiter, both he and business partner Ben Rutter “found recruiting student and graduate-level vacancies a real challenge”.

“There were limited platforms to network with candidates at this level, and when reviewing CVs there was very little to differentiate them. This is when we spotted a gap in the market and an opportunity to help other young jobseekers.”

O’Hara and Rutter were previously recruitment consultants with IT agency Outsource UK and Michael Page International respectively. O’Hara was also previously a professional footballer with Swindon Town, Dundee United and Gretna FC.
