Recruitment and health services provider Castlerock Recruitment Group (CRG) has acquired a 51% stake in West London locums and social work recruiter Serving the Nation Locums (STN).

CRG is part of the YFM Equity Partners portfolio since an investment made by YFM in the business in March.

CRG chief executive Ian Munro says: “This deal provides us with a fantastic opportunity to grow the business, by laying strong foundations in London and the South-East.”

STN’s current directors, Nadia Guechi and Shaloni Somani, will remain, and the business is expected to trade independently as CRG STN Locums, while operating under CRG’s existing structure, which now includes 10 sub-brands.

The Manchester office of law firm JMW acted on behalf of CRG on the deal.
