Large good vehicles (LGV) recruitment agency ADR Network has been selected by The Co-operative Group to provide a managed service solution for LGV drivers nationally for its food distribution centres.

This follows a review of the Co-op’s agency usage, and provides the client with the benefits of a single source supply, while retaining the advantages of multi-agency provision, an ADR network press note claims.

The two-year contract came into operation on 23 September.

ADR managing director Andrew Waldron says the company has previously supported the Co-op at several locations and “will now provide them with a single point of contact for agency driver resourcing and will be working in partnership with other agencies across the UK”.
