I agree with Peter in some respects. The more sophisticated, pure-play RPO providers can use their process, technology and off-shore capabilities to drive real, measurable efficiencies.

But the key win from this is creating the necessary time for onsite recruiters to deliver quality outcomes. Move the transactional work away from the business, free recruiters to have intimate relationships with the business, their candidates and suppliers, such as Adecco.

Relationship is critical, but so is efficiency. You can have both.
