An alarming 14% of employees think the term ‘time off in lieu’ means time spent in the toilet, according to new research from HR consultancy Reabur.com.
An alarming 14% of employees think the term ‘time off in lieu’ means time spent in the toilet, according to new research from HR consultancy Reabur.com.
The research shows 4% believe it is time spent in a place called Lieu.
Meanwhile, 12% think a secondment is an award and 4% believe ‘flexi time’ refers to an office aerobics session. Mmm…
