Workers turn to cosmetic treatment to boost career prospects

More than half (54%) of all female executives and 50.6% of male would consider having cosmetic treatments to help boost career prospects, according to communications consultancy The Aziz Corporation.

Nearly a third (30%) of women and 17% of men have already undergone cosmetic procedures.

‘Enhancements’ most likely to be considered by men include cosmetic dentistry (26.6%), eye-bag removal treatment and baldness treatments (7.4%). Among women, 21.5% would consider cosmetic dentistry followed by non-surgical fillers such as Botox (9.5%), liposuction (8.5%) and face lifts (6%).
