Employers and the government have still got work to do around the treatment of young people working for them on internships, according to Alex Try, founder of Interns Anonymous, an online forum for interns.

Try was speaking to Recruiter at The Employers Forum on Age (EFA) roundtable discussions last week in the City of London, chaired by Recruiter editor DeeDee Doke.

The roundtable focused on ‘Young People in Employment’, with representatives of BT, Centrica, IBM and McDonald’s explaining their strategies for engaging and recruiting young people.
