Whitbread Group, operator of Premier Inn hotels, Beefeater Grill and Costa Coffee among others, has announced it is on target to create 2,500 new jobs in the year to February 2012.

A company spokesperson tells Recruiter the jobs have been generated at new sites opening across the country and in all areas of the company’s business, with some new management positions being created.

In addition to recruiting through Jobcentre Plus, offline advertising and the company’s website, the spokesperson told Recruiter: “We have also started to use social media as a channel for providing information on the jobs available at Whitbread.”
