US recruitment activity remained unchanged in January, according to Gallup’s Job Creation Index.

The index reveals that employees’ reports of hiring activity at their places of work in January were unchanged, at +10, for a fourth month in a row. US-wide, 29% of employees reported their companies were hiring and 19% said employers were letting workers go the same as in December, and essentially the same as in November and October.
