Professional recruiter Hydrogen Group has grown its board by one, as two non-executive directors (NEDs) step down as planned and another three join.

Professional recruiter Hydrogen Group has grown its board by one, as two non-executive directors (NEDs) step down as planned and another three join.

New NEDs are:
  • Barbara Anderson has worked across a number of sectors and held various NED roles focused on the global growth strategies.
  • Anne Baldock, recently retired from the board of global law firm Allen & Overy.
  • Stephen Pluckett, who recently retired from the board of recruiter Michael Page after more than 11 years as group finance director.
All three join the company’s audit, remuneration and nomination committees.

Leaving the board are Ishbel Macpherson and Ian Fallman, who have been on the board for six and two years respectively.
