Contact centre management recruitment specialist Cactus Search has seen a rise in turnover and an increase in permanent placements this year.

In 2010, the group has seen:

• 31% increase on permanent placements compared to 2009
• 33% increase in turnover compared to 2009
• 42% increase in profit compared to 2009
