Step 1: Use common sense to reduce cash payments upfront

Step 2: Ask a chartered accountant about maintaining cashflow and to explain the need to have a good set of accounts which includes knowing your outstanding invoices/costs.

Step 3: Prepare a forward-looking cashflow. Out of your projected cashflow you can work out if you need further financing or if you can manage it from your own cashflow. By challenging assumptions you can optimise your financing and profit.
