The move follows the firm achieving membership of the ECIA - Engineering Construction Industry Association.

Mal Martin, chairman of Time 4 Recruitment, says: “Contractors in this market are only able to use registered employment businesses and Time 4 had to pass strict quality, health and safety and financial criteria to be accepted by the ECIA board members that are made up of delegates from some of the largest organisations in the industry.”
