HR recruiter and social media training firm Talent Genius has launched.

The firm, set up by managing director Steve Smithson, aims to supply CIPD-qualified (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) professionals into employers on-site and explore business recruitment and social media methodologies.

“We are aiming to take on board several industry specialists by June 2011. Our aim is for UK-based SMEs to recruit the right talent in the right way, ensuring they also do not fall foul of ever-changing employment legislation.
