International recruitment firm Synergie group, whose international operations include Acorn, Advance Personnel and Concept Staffing in the UK, has announced an 11% sales advance for the first quarter of 2008.

Expansion in Europe and Canada contributed to sales of 94m euros (£74m) for the first three months of the year.

A Synergie spokesman said: “This performance is in line with management’s forecasts and goal to increase the contribution of operations outside France to 50% of total revenue within the next three years.”
