Supply Desk East Anglia emerged victorious in Wednesday’s national sales competition, hosted by Bill Boorman Consultancy (see Recruiter.co.uk, 1 June)

The competition, which judged recruiters on activity and results, attracted a total of 1,618 decision-maker calls, resulting in 32 visits, 43 drop ins, 201 CVs sent, 180 bookings/jobs from existing customers, 131 bookings/jobs from new customers, and 113 bookings filled or interviews arranged as a result of spec calls.

The next event will be held on 7 July with a similar format, while teams will be restricted to 125 and will again be free to enter.
