Currently, more than 400 learners are on Superdrug’s parent company, AS Watson’s, Apprenticeship programme with the programme open to all colleagues who have been with the business for at least three months, and work a minimum of 16 hours a week, giving employees a chance to ‘learn while you earn’.
Jo Mackie, AS Watson UK HR director, says: “In our business we are incredibly aware of the value that apprenticeships bring the business.
“Our Team Academy training programme offers colleagues the confidence and skills they need to expand their learning and further their careers.”
