Executive search firm Coleman Lew & Associates has successfully completed a search for United Family Services (UFS) with the appointment of president and chief executive officer Phil Kline.

The firm provides outreach services and assistance to more than 60,000 people annually in Charlotte, Cabarrus, Union and the Mooresville/Lake Norman areas, providing programs including victim services including the shelter for battered women, clinical services and economic independence.
