Staffline to supply Bridge Contract Services' customers

Staffline Trustees, a subsidiary of multi-sector recruiter Staffline, has made a deal with the administrators of Birmingham-based Bridge Contract Services to supply its customers.

Staffline Trustees, a subsidiary of multi-sector recruiter Staffline, has made a deal with the administrators of Birmingham-based Bridge Contract Services to supply its customers.

Under the arrangement it will “continue to supply Bridge Contract Services’ existing customers as well as operate its back office functions in order to maximise the collection of cash on behalf of the creditors”, according to a statement from the company.

Industrial recruiter Bridge Contract Services’ turnover exceeded £22m in 2007/2008 financial year, falling to £14m in the year ending 31 March 2009.  

NHS Trust plans to cut jobs and agency staff

The BBC reports today [30 April 2025] that the North-West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is planning job cuts, as well as cutting its expenditure on bank and agency staff.
