Teenagers looking for work to be given £7,000 to pay for training
Job-hunting teenagers will be £7,000 in vouchers to pay for training.
From 2010, eighteen-year-olds will be entitled to a Skills Account. The scheme will be extended to 19 to 25-year-olds, affording young people without A-levels the chance to return to college.
