The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is to streamline its recruitment through an integrated e-recruitment solution from software provider StepStone and SHL psychometric assessments.
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is to streamline its recruitment through an integrated e-recruitment solution from software provider StepStone and SHL psychometric assessments.
The solution, which covers roles ranging from from administration and customer service roles, through to executive director positions, will also enable the council to manage the full recruitment life cycle, automate all applications, allowing line managers to access results quickly and tailor assessment requirements to individual needs.
It will be introduced across all recruitment from December 2009.
