Leonard hopes to utilise experience and contacts built up over the last 10 years, including six spent as a director in  rec-to-rec recruiter JPP.

“Initially I plan to keep it fairly small and see where the market takes me. It’s interesting times and I hope I can grow this year.”

The new firm is based in  West Yorkshire and Leonard plans to recruit across a range of sectors to the area.

“I don’t want to become a big national player because I know my region well - that’s what I’m going to concentrate on.”
