The business services sector, which includes the recruitment industry, has shown strong signs of stabilising over the past six months, according to the latest Bibby Financial Services Business Factors Index.

The Index reveals that almost a third (33%) of business services firms report steady trading conditions, while 53% say trading conditions are about the same as they were six months ago.
