International executive search firms have announced a number of new senior appointments.

Global search firm Boydenhas announced that its Michigan operation will be supported with the resources from Boyden’s New York office, one of the firm’s largest in North America.

Damian Zikakis, who joined Boyden in 2003, will be based in Detroit and Dennis Sullivan, former head of Boyden Detroit, will perform an advisory role in the operations of the office.

Executive recruiter Korn/Ferry International has appointed John J Keller as senior client partner and core member of the firm’s chief executive officer board service practice.

Keller was at another leading search firm for 10 years and, before entering the search industry, he spent 25 years as a business and technology industry journalist for publications such as The Wall Street journal and BusinessWeek.

The search firm has also announced the appointment of Indranil Roy as managing director, Asia Pacific, of its leadership and talent consulting (L&TC) group.

Based in Singapore, Roy joins Korn/Ferry from Hewitt Associates, where he was the global head of the leadership consulting business. Roy succeeds David Everhart, currently based in Shanghai, who will return to the US to continue working within the practice.
