Technology and technical recruiter s.com has been appointed by the Department of Health (DH) and NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (NHS PASA) as a supplier on the commercial resource framework.

The Framework will provide the DH and NHS organisations with easy access to a list of pre-qualified suppliers of non-permanent workers with commercial skills. The Framework will support skills transfer to sustain the development of commercial skills throughout the NHS, DH and the wider system.
