Banking giant Santander has chosen Hays to provide a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution as part of its staffing needs. The three-year contract sees Hays responsible for all permanent roles and RPO across Santander’s UK retail branches, handling an anticipated 4,000 hires each year. The solution covers employer branding, candidate sourcing, recruitment process management and assessment and selection delivery. Recruiter reported on 25 October that AMS is also helping Santander with its RPO requirements.
