RIG Medical Recruit has announced that three of its trading companies - RIG Radiography, RIG Occupational Therapy and RIG HSS Recruit will now trade as RIG Healthcare Recruit.

The new entity will specialise in providing locums in 24 clinical areas of AHP and HSS and 10 specialities of hospital doctors to both the public and private sectors, nationally.

Phil Wareham, managing director says: “Our clients advised us that they wanted us to supply to other areas of the NHS and the private sector as effectively as we do in the niche markets we have operated in for the last seven years. The launch of RIG Healthcare delivers that for them and the team here are tremendously excited about what we can now achieve.”

Peter Flaherty, chairman of the RIG Group welcomed this development, commenting: “We are proud that the RIG name is well known and respected in the healthcare sector. I see the launch of RIG Healthcare Recruit as a great opportunity to build on the success achieved over the last seven years and continue our record of delivering what our clients want.”
