Gibbs S3 has seen revenue grow by 500% in 2010, according to the IT recruiter.

The firm’s revenue grew from $3m (£1.9m) in 2009 to $16m in 2010.

UK managing director and chief executive, Farida Gibbs, says: “We had to modify and change our business model to meet the needs of our customers.
